Return Policy
All Customers
- All products and packaging must be in original condition and fit for resale to be considered for returns.
- A minimum 15% restock fee will be placed on customer error orders unless approved otherwise by a manager.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days.
Net Term Customers
- Non-stock items cannot be returned.
- Customers must contact us within 48 hours if there are any errors with their shipment.
- We will cover shipping if the return is the result of our error or defective product.
- A credit will be issued once the return has been approved.
Cash Sales
- Special orders must be pre-paid in full and cannot be returned.
- A valid proof of purchase is required to return non-special orders
