Build

This high-performance sealant offers all the excellent benefits of QUAD® sealants in an invisible, crystal clear formula that is perfect for finishing work around stone, brick and other fine building materials where aesthetics matter.

This sealant can be applied to wet or dry surfaces, even at freezing temperatures and it resists dirt & dust collection, won’t yellow or water washout, is self-tooling and paintable with either latex or oil-based paints once it is cured.

Built with elastomeric polymers and high-quality synthetic resins, this sealant creates a tough, rubbery seal that resists outdoor weather and elements like dirt, dust, water, oxygen, ozone, heat and UV light, and cures with a slight sheen.

Goes on smoothly without stringing!

Safety

Not compatible with polystyrene foams and polypropylene or polyethylene plastics.

Do not use as a traffic bearing sealant, on log homes or inside occupied structures.

Wear gloves and wash hands after use.

Capacities

Clean-Up and Storage

Clean tools and uncured sealant residue immediately with mineral spirits or paint thinner.

Cured sealant must be carefully cut away with a sharp-edged tool.
