Walter Surface Technologies QUICK-STEP BLENDEX™ Surface conditioning discs are built to take metal surfaces from scratched up to the final stages before polishing or making decorative finishes. Also excellent for removing paint and surface cleaning. Suitable for use on stainless steel, steel, aluminum and copper alloy applications.
Part of Walter's QUICK-STEP™ hook and loop connecting system. Backing of these discs will attach easily and with maximum grip to Walter's QUICK-STEP™ MG backing pad (WLT07-Q 149)
Can also be used to produce a fine scratch pattern if desired as a final finish of a metal surface.
Build
BLENDEX™ is a non-loading, non-woven material that will not smear or contaminate the work piece. It also makes it possible to achieve a food grade finish.Part of Walter's QUICK-STEP™ hook and loop connecting system. Backing of these discs will attach easily and with maximum grip to Walter's QUICK-STEP™ MG backing pad (WLT07-Q 149)
