Product Description
The LePage QUAD Window, Door & Siding Sealant is built to provide superior adhesion, elasticity and a tight seal around windows, doors, and siding.
Build
This product is built to provide high performance and a tough, rubbery seal that can handle the outdoor weather.
This sealant is resistant to water, oxygen, ozone, heat, and UV light.
It goes on smoothly, doesn’t string, and skins over in 40 minutes which helps to resist dirt and dust pickup.
Paintable with either latex or oil paints!

Clean-Up and Storage
Uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with mineral spirits and cured adhesive can be cut or scraped.
This product has a shelf life of 24 months.

- Meets or exceeds ASTM C920: Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT
- Caulk: A sealant that is fairly rigid when dry, and intended for filling gaps, joints and seams where there is minimal expansion and contraction.
